The King's Cake

This three-tiered cake was created for a very special Cav's player's 22nd Birthday celebration. It shows the evolution of "The King" from his second grade picture, his high school years at St V., and his current status as Number 23 for the Cleveland Cavaliers. We hand-sculpted the baby blue elephant and basketball watch to mimic what he's holding in the picture on the bottom layer. The King's crown is gilded with edible 24-karat gold. All made of sugar and completely edible.
